I am a husband and a father and I pray that I will continue to look more like Christ to my wife and children each day. I pray that all that I do will be used to give glory to the Father and Christ through the Holy Spirit.
In my office you always hear the saying “its almost Friday” or “can’t wait till Friday.” I want to scream and say “what about today?” Today Matters. There is a book out there called Today Matters, which is good by the way. Everyday is a blessing whether we get to have all day to make choices of where we go and what we do or we have to stay in one location for 8 to 10 hours. Everyday we are blessed and have opportunities. We need to make the most of everyday. This video is inspiring. Thanks for posting it.
I also like the statement of not repeating the sins or errors of our parents. I teach my youth that. That no matter what happens to them, they have the opportunity to correct and be better. We should always be trying to be better than what we were given or how we were treated. Too often we just repeat and repeat. Like the saying “History repeats itself.”
